Wish Planner is operated by Ship It Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17240691 ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing or using the Wish Planner mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@wishplanner.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Free plan and Wish Planner+
Wish Planner is free to download and includes a core set of features at no cost. A premium subscription, Wish Planner+, is available for enhanced features including unlimited AI day designs, live crowd forecasts and expanded party sharing.
Subscription terms
- Wish Planner+ is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
- A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard monthly price.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly for App Store or Google Play purchases.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to access, interfere with or disrupt our systems, servers or networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software, and all other content (excluding your personal plan data), is owned by or licensed to Ship It Studio Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of the plan data and content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Third-party content and services
The Service may display wait-time data, park information and other content sourced from third parties. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data and we are not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on it.
Wish Planner is an independent planning tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any theme park, resort or entertainment company. All park names, attraction names and other trademarks referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of live wait-time data or AI-generated itineraries.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ship It Studio Ltd and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the app's account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under your local law that these Terms cannot override.
