Wish Planner is operated by Ship It Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17240691 ("we", "us", "our").
We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Wish Planner mobile application and website (together, the "Service").

2. What data we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — your email address and, optionally, your display name when you create an account.
- Trip and plan data — the park days, itineraries, dining items and preferences you create inside the app.
- Payment information — if you subscribe to Wish Planner+, payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your card details.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — features used, screens viewed, session duration and in-app actions.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers, and crash reports.
- Log data — IP address, timestamps, and referring URLs when you visit our website.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including syncing your plans across devices.
- To operate live wait-time features and AI day designer functionality.
- To process your subscription and send receipts or billing notices.
- To send you service emails (e.g., password resets, important notices). We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- To monitor performance, diagnose bugs, and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are:
- Contract — processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — analytics and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where required by law.
- Consent — for any optional marketing communications.
4. Third-party services
We share data with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

5. Data retention
We retain your account and plan data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to restrict how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@wishplanner.app. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies for session management. We do not use advertising cookies on the website. The mobile app uses device identifiers through Firebase and AdMob (free tier only); you can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK by our third-party providers (e.g., Supabase servers in the EU, Google services in the US). Where data is transferred outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
